A tragic bandits attack has claimed the lives of several farmers in Kakangi Village, Birnin Gwari Local Government Area of Kaduna State, according to community sources.
SaharaReporters learnt on Saturday that an unspecified number of farmers were also said to have been abducted and others injured.
The victims were reportedly carrying out their farming activities when the bandits launched the attack.
While the exact number of those killed has not yet been officially confirmed, multiple lives are believed to have been lost.
