The Ukrainian Defense Forces struck port oil infrastructure in St. Petersburg and hit a key military target in Kronstadt.

According to Ukrinform, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this on Facebook.

“Last night, our Ukrainian long-range strikes against Russia in response to this war hit near St. Petersburg. Ukrainian defense forces struck port oil infrastructure that generates revenue for Russia’s war, and there were also strikes on Kronstadt—a key military target. The distance from Ukraine’s state border is over 850 kilometers,” Zelensky noted.

He thanked everyone who ensures Ukraine’s precision and carries out the long-range sanctions plan.

The Special Operations Forces (SOF) Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine added that SOF drones struck an oil terminal in the port of St. Petersburg.
