MOSCOW, July 4. /TASS/. The assault detachments of battlegroup South are completing the cleansing of the DPR's Konstantinovka from scattered formations of the Ukrainian army, said head of the group's press center Vadim Astafyev.
"In Konstantinovka, the assault units of battlegroup South are completing cleansing of the city from scattered formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," Astafyev said.
According to him, during the day, the Ukrainian losses in the city amounted to up to 80 soldiers, a Puma armored personnel carrier, 20 vehicles, and a self-propelled artillery installation.
He said 24 ground-based robotic complexes, four ATVs and 27 Ukrainian UAV control points were destroyed. On July 3, the Chief of the General Staff, Army General Valery Gerasimov reported to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the liberation of Konstantinovka.
