Our Yorkshire Farm stars Amanda and Clive Owen split up in 2022 after 22 years of marriage20:30, 03 Jul 2026Amanda and Clive Owen have joked about receiving a "sign" about their marriage on their wedding day.‌The Our Yorkshire Farm stars went their separate ways in 2022 after 22 years of marriage, yet continue to work and raise their nine children together, and they also co-star in Channel 4 series Our Farm Next Door, which aired a repeat this evening (Friday July 3).‌During the episode, the former couple opened up about the day they exchanged vows, with Amanda musing over whether the thunder that day had been telling, and Clive conceding it may well have been a sign "from the heavens".‌The pair were chatting about the Yorkshire village of Muker, where they wed in July 2000, when Amanda asked Clive when he had last visited the spot.She suggested it might have been July 2000, though Clive believed it was actually August of that year, reports Yorkshire Live.‌"Why, what happened in August 2000?" he asked. "In August, you probably regretted what happened in July!" Amanda exclaimed.Chuckling, Clive said: "I remember now, I remember now, we had a bit of a do in Muker, didn't we? Aye, what a hell of a day we had.""Do you think when I got on my horse, to ride side saddle down the road... and there was a great thunderclap and lightning, do you think someone was trying to tell me something?" Amanda asked.‌"Aye, there you are," said Clive. "That could have been a sign, couldn't it, from the heavens? Yeah.""I'll tell you something though, it's good that we can laugh about it," said Amanda, as Clive recalled that it had been "a grand day".‌In 2022, Amanda took to Instagram to issue a statement confirming that she and Clive had gone their separate ways."Clive and I are sad to confirm that we have made the difficult decision to separate," she wrote.
