The incident took place on 7 May in Clapton Common, Hackney, where the duo intentionally targeted a Jewish individual to create content for TikTok. They received a six-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after pleading guilty to religiously aggravated intentional harassment. Bousloub told police he aimed to provoke a reaction and gain views, emulating a video he had seen online, and believed the Jewish community would find it humorous. Both men were also ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work, 20 days of rehabilitation activity, and pay £85 in prosecution costs.
