Bradley Marongo, popularly known as Gen Z Goliath, is currently in South Africa where he is contributing to a new Netflix production.

The Vihiga-born social media phenomenon and creative talent has steadily built a reputation for bold his goliath height when he was first spotted during the first Anti-Finance Bill dubbed Gen Z protests, in 2024.

Sources close to the project say Marongo has been involved both in front of the camera and in development sessions, bringing his East Africa’s talent to South Africa.

His participation highlights a growing trend of East African creatives joining global projects, like Lenana Kariba, Emmanuel Mugo, Luppita Nyong’o and Edi Gathegi.

While details about the Netflix film remain scarce, he has been documenting parts of his journey on social platforms, sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses without revealing everything.
