They were spotted standing at the top of the iconic skyscraper before flying a huge banner and one proposing to the other.‌The man and woman have been identified as Russian climbers Angela Nikolau and Ivan Beerkus after they scaled up the broadcast aerial while both wearing masks before being arrested.
