All petrol stations in the Russian city of Novorossiysk ran out of petrol on 3 July and the city's Municipal Management Centre officially announced that "there is currently no petrol available at filling stations".

Details: Amid the fuel crisis, the Novorossiysk Municipal Management Centre launched an online map showing real-time fuel availability at petrol stations across the city. On 3 July, every filling station listed on the map had run out of petrol, with only diesel remaining.
