July 3, 2026 — 6:30pmA notorious paedophile who was released from prison against community opposition a month ago, is back behind bars after allegedly breaching his conditions six times.Bradley Pen Dragon, 66, was released back into the community at the end of May after yet another stint behind bars for breaching strict release conditions. He has served half his life behind bars, including 13 years in a Thai prison for raping young girls in the 1990s.Notorious Perth paedophile Bradley Pen Dragon is back before the courts.9News PerthThe 66-year-old has previously said that he believes his interest in children is “natural”, although his lawyers have now stated that he is rehabilitated.His recent release came with a long list of strict conditions that include accessing the internet but on Thursday WA Police once again picked up Pen Dragon and took him back into custody after alleging that he attended “gyms in the Perth metropolitan area outside the approved times specified in the order”.They also allege that he “used a touchscreen interface on gym equipment to access the internet”.They claim the first breach occurred just days after his high-profile release back into the community.He was charged with six counts of contravening a requirement of a supervision order and bail was refused by the magistrate on Friday. She said a pre-sentence report would need to be prepared.He will be back before the courts next month.From our partners
