The wedding of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce is widely expected to take place on Friday at Madison Square Garden in New York City.The singer-songwriter and NFL player, both 36, are set to tie the knot at the famous arena with two days of celebrations.After months of speculation about where the couple – who got engaged in August last year – would get married, a law enforcement official briefed on the security plans told the Associated Press the couple would host a smaller rehearsal dinner on Thursday evening before getting married at the arena the next evening.The New York Post’s Page Six reported on Thursday that Swift and Kelce had married in private in advance of the celebration at Madison Square Garden. Similarly, the Daily Mail reported that a private wedding ceremony would take place at the arena on Thursday evening, with a lavish party to follow on Friday. A representative for Swift did not immediately respond to a request for comment.The event will also be taking place over the Fourth of July weekend, which marks 250 years of US independence.
