Noida-based HCLTech on Friday said it signed a significant strategic partnership with a Europe headquartered Fortune Global 50 Firm to establish an AI-driven operating model, at an estimated vale of $1.14 billion.The partnership would help both the companies to transform and manage their global digital workplace and enterprise networks, HCLTech said in a filing to stock exchanges.“The initial term of the agreement is from July 2026 to December 2031, extendable for a further period of five years. The estimated value of the agreement during the initial term is $1.14 billion. This is entirely a net new business for the company,” the company added.Post the announcement, the company’s shares also gained by 4.26 per cent to ₹1,123.40 a share (as of 9.20AM) from the previous close.On Thursday, the company announced it had completed the acquisition of Jaspersoft, a business unit of Cloud Software Group.The acquisition of Jaspersoft marks the conclusion of the process, initiated with the company’s intimation to stock exchanges on December 22, 2025. Jaspersoft operates as a business unit within the Cloud Software Group portfolio.Published on July 3, 2026
