VANCOUVER – President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney witnessed Thursday (Canada time) the signing of four key agreements aimed at strengthening energy, labor, tourism, and cultural cooperation between Manila and Ottawa.

The signing ceremony took place at the Vancouver Convention Centre following the two leaders’ bilateral meeting.
