A massive fire has engulfed the Jatiwaringin landfill in Tangerang, Banten, forcing dozens of nearby residents to evacuate and once again exposing the risks associated with Indonesia's continued reliance on open dumping.According to local authorities, the blaze broke out on Tuesday afternoon and spread rapidly across the landfill, driven by strong winds.
