Jul 3, 2026 – 11.58amBHP has secured a four-year non-union agreement for two major iron mines in the Pilbara after a narrow majority of its workforce sided with the company’s offer against union opposition.About 58 per cent of the voting workforce at BHP’s Mining Area C and South Flank operations supported the company’s enterprise agreement, which covers 1814 workers.
