UN Secretary-General António Guterres condemned Russia’s massive missile and drone attack on Kyiv, warning that strikes against civilians and civilian infrastructure violate international humanitarian law and must stop immediately. The condemnation followed one of Moscow’s deadliest aerial assaults on the Ukrainian capital this year.
