The Nigeria Customs Service, Lagos Free Trade Zone Command, has disclosed that it collected a total revenue of N408.8bn between January and June 2026.

In a statement on Thursday, the Customs Area Controller in charge of the command, Hauwa Abubakar, disclosed this at the command in Lekki while speaking during the 2026 Half-Year Media Briefing.

The CAC stated that the figure represented an increase of N91.54bn when compared to the N317.3bn collected within the same period in 2025, “amounting to an impressive 28.85 per cent increase in revenue performance.”

“Between January and June 2026, the command generated a total revenue of N408.8bn. This represents an increase of N91.54bn when compared to the N317.3bn collected during the corresponding period in 2025, amounting to an impressive 28.85 per cent increase in revenue performance,” Abubakar said.
