A total of 245 students of Andhra Loyola College, Vijayawada, completed an eight-day Employability Readiness Training Programme conducted by Magic Bus India Foundation, preparing them for the mandatory semester-long internship under the National Education Policy (NEP), 2020.Under this programme, students from B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., and B.B.A. have been equipped with essential workplace skills, including communication, interview techniques, résumé writing, group discussions, professional etiquette and workplace ethics through interactive sessions, mock interviews and mentoring.The training culminated in a campus internship drive, where 81 students secured paid internship offers with a stipends of up to ₹18,000 per month from leading organisations such as Tata Electronics, Foxconn, Dhooth Transmissions, AbhIT Technologies, Motherson, Muthoot Finance, Flipkart, Navata Logistics and others.Another 110 students secured paid semester-long internships through off-campus recruitment and individual efforts, taking the total number of successful placements to 191 out of 245 trainees.Principal Fr. S. Melchior and Correspondent Fr. Francis Xavier congratulated the students and appreciated Magic Bus India Foundation HR Manager Pushpa Latha and trainers Mr. N.
