ABL Diagnostics – Approval of Dividend Distribution for Fiscal Year 2025

Regulatory News:

At the Annual General Meeting of ABL Diagnostics (Paris:ABLD) held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., shareholders approved all resolutions submitted for their vote, including the payment of a dividend of €0.11 per share for the 2025 fiscal year (compared with €0.05 per share for the 2024 fiscal year), reflecting the Company's improved results and strong financial position.

The dividend will be ex-dividend on July 3, 2026, and will be paid on July 7, 2026.
