Dubai has launched a real-time Digital Twin Platform, a 3D virtual simulation incorporating over 195,000 buildings and 330,000 facilities.

The platform will support urban planning, infrastructure management, rainfall simulation and emergency evacuation scenario planning.

The initiative aligns with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, reinforcing the emirate's ambitions for economic competitiveness and global digital leadership.

The project reflects a broader strategy of integrating artificial intelligence, data systems and public-private sector partnerships to drive innovation.
