ByCORINNE BAUMJULY 2, 2026 18:05IDF soldiers reportedly filmed and circulated a video of a blindfolded Palestinian man in the Gaza Strip tied to a broomstick with zip ties, Palestinian media reported on Thursday.The man in the video also appears to be stripped to his underwear and further tied to a folding metal cot.The IDF said that it had investigated the incident and had confirmed its legitimacy."Following a thorough investigation, the incident in question has been identified,” the IDF said in a statement.“A command-level inquiry is being conducted, and those involved will be dealt with in accordance with its findings."This is a developing story.
