The north and north-west of temporarily occupied Crimea have been left without electricity for 24 hours, while rolling blackouts have been introduced in the Bakhchysarai district.

Details: Yuri Hotsaniuk, head of the Russian-appointed occupation government in Crimea, said there is no electricity in the settlements of Armiansk, Krasnoperekopsk, Dzhankoi and the surrounding district, Yevpatoriia and its urban district, or in the Chornomorske and Saky districts.

Consumers have been promised that electricity will be restored "within the next 24 hours".
