“Gone Girl” is one of the 21st century's finest thrillers. With the meticulous David Fincher in the director’s chair, and adapting Gillian Flynn’s 2012 page-turner of the same name, it has all the ingredients to deliver a compelling mystery movie that explores two sides of a marriage.
