Prosecutors in Taiwan have detained two employees of US server maker Super Micro Computer following a raid of the company’s Taiwan office over alleged shipments of Nvidia chips to mainland China, according to local media.

Four employees of Super Micro are being investigated for falsifying documents and breach of trust in relation to the accusations, Bloomberg reported, citing unnamed people.

Keelung District Court agreed to prosecutors’ request to detail two of the individuals, while the other two were released on bail but restricted from leaving the country, Bloomberg’s report said.
