The Supreme Court has cleared all legal hurdles for the appointment of 32,000 headteachers across Bangladesh’s government primary schools.
The Appellate Division delivered its verdict on Thursday in a case over primary school teacher recruitment and seniority, lawyer Madhu Maloti Chowdhury Barua confirmed after the hearing.
