Al-Habala Park in Asir draws summer visitors with scenic views, heritage attractions
ABHA: Al-Habala Park in Saudi Arabia’s Asir Region is attracting large numbers of domestic and international tourists this summer, offering panoramic mountain views, cultural heritage attractions and a wide range of recreational activities.
Located more than 50 km southeast of Abha, the park is among Asir’s leading natural and tourism destinations, drawing visitors seeking cooler temperatures and outdoor experiences during the Kingdom’s summer season.
Perched at an altitude of more than 2,000 meters above sea level, Al-Habala is known for its dramatic cliffs that plunge into a deep valley, creating a striking geological landscape. The mountainsides are covered with dense vegetation, while clouds and mist frequently blanket the peaks during the summer months, enhancing the area’s appeal.
