Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has assured members of the 2026 Batch ‘B’ Stream I of the National Youth Service Corps deployed to the state of adequate security and a conducive environment throughout their one-year national service.

The governor also urged the corps members to embrace patriotism, selfless service and community development, saying the service year offers them an opportunity to make meaningful contributions to national development.

AbdulRazaq spoke at the swearing-in ceremony for the 2026 Batch ‘B’ Stream I corps members held at the NYSC Temporary Orientation Camp, Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin.

According to a statement issued on Wednesday by the Chief Press Secretary to the Deputy Governor, Modupe Joel, the governor was represented at the event by the Deputy Governor, Kayode Alabi.
