No, that's not his dazzling outfit, but more his witty charm as the X Factor star replied to cruel comments on his recent Instagram post as he urged people to "let people live".The Geordie singer, 35, had shared a clip of him dancing to his new tune Love Me Out Loud. But in true social media fashion, his post was met with negativity as well as praise - and he wasn't prepared to just scroll past the comment.Instead, he gave it its own moment on his grid. The comment in question saw a user share an image of Fat B****rd from Austin Powers. "Piling the wieght (sic) back on aren't ya," the user wrote.Joe sarcastically snapped back: "Aye huge Nick. Also it's spelt weight! I before e expect after C (sic)." And he took it further with a lengthy call out in the caption. He fumed: "Why are we still having conversations about people’s bodies… from complete strangers? It’s such an odd thing to me."I suppose you can’t have all the positives of social media without some of the negatives, and I know I’m very lucky to have had such a positive experience online over the years. Somehow, I’ve managed to stay pretty level-headed through it all… NO IDEA how!"He went on to share an important message: "But I suppose the point of this post is really for the younger generation. Please stop this kind of negativity online. Comments about people’s bodies can be so damaging and only create a horrible narrative across social media. "For the record, I feel the fittest I’ve been in a very long time. I’m happy, I’m healthy, and not that I owe anyone an explanation… but as I said last week: LET PEOPLE LIVE. "I’m absolutely fine! I can take it with a pinch of salt. But not everyone can, and that’s why it’s important we all try to create a bit more positivity online. Anyway… have a lush day, everyone."It's far from the first time Joe has hit back at online abuse. In October last year, he fumed he won't be standing for the nasty jibes anymore - and it's clear with his latest methods that he is a man of his word.He put bullies firmly in their place as he clapped back at yet more weight jibes at the time. The singer took to social media to slam those who said he was piling on the weight. In a photo upload, Joe proved they don't know what they ware talking about. Not prepared to let the hurtful comments slide, Joe shared a topless snap on his Instagram to prove the trolls wrong. He wrote: "Woke up this morning to a comment saying I’m 'like a house end' (for those not from the North… that’s basically calling me fat). Honestly, social media is wild isn’t it?! The things people think they can say about other people."Joe went on to joke he "did what any self-respecting person would do… threw on my sparkly sequin trousers, said 'f the haters,' and went off to finish a pretty much sold out tour".Article continues belowLike this story?
