TriMark Announces CEO Transition

Terry O’Brien to Retire; James Noonan Appointed CEO

TriMark USA LLC (“TriMark” or the “Company”), the largest North American integrated provider of design services, equipment, and supplies to the foodservice industry, today announced that Terry O’Brien has informed the Company’s Board of Directors of his decision to retire as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective July 1, 2026, in order to focus on his health and larger life goals. In the interim, O’Brien will serve as an advisor to the Chairman of the Board to ensure a smooth transition, following which he will continue as a member of the Board of Directors to support the Company’s current transformation and growth momentum. TriMark’s Board of Directors has appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) James Noonan to serve as CEO.
