Declan Rice niggle: Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice sat out England's final group game against Panama primarily because he was nursing a minor fitness niggle.
However, his absence also conveniently protected him from picking up a suspension after being booked during the previous match against Ghana.
Only two bookings: Defender Jarell Quansah was also cautioned during the 2-0 victory over Panama.
This means that Rice and Quansah were the only two England players to pick up yellow cards in the tournament during the entire group stage.
Suspension rules explained: Accumulating two yellow cards usually results in an automatic one-match suspension.
