He really missed a trick there.”‌Harriet, 25, was one of the breakout stars from Clarkson’s Farm and since her debut appearance in the series, she has become a household name in her own right. However, there has been an impact of this sudden limelight on Harriet, who has admitted she had to make some changes in her life because of it, including quitting her full-time position as a nurse.‌Speaking to Hello! about what it was like when the show came out and suddenly everyone knew who she was, she said: “When the show first came out, I turned my phone off for a while because I was like, 'This is insane'…. I was being recognised by patients”However, despite leaving the nursing profession, she hasn’t ruled out a return to it, she said: “I've still got my PIN - I will keep that because I worked so hard to become a nurse.”This isn’t the only time Harriet has discussed what it was like working with Jeremy on the farm, and starring in the Amazon Prime Video series.‌Speaking to the Fed by Farmers podcasts hosts Cammy Wilson and Iona, she ruminated about her experience and what Jeremy is like in person. She said: “He's marmite isn't he. I love that guy, I think he just doesn't care which is great. He was like a father figure to me when I was there, he was really lovely.”Article continues belowShe also praised the impact of Jeremy’s work on agriculture and how inclusivity for women in the industry has improved.Harriet explained: “It's a lot better than it ever has been. I think there's certain things certain places certain people that they aren't happy with it, and I think before like Clarkson's people would be like she don't have a clue.“I don't know if I'm the wrong person to comment on it because obviously people know what I can do off of the show. In one way that's really good and then in another way, there's like they've got a preconceived idea of what you're gonna be like."
