Traditional call centers often rely on heavier headsets with boom microphones. Danish company Jabra aims to change that.gettyIf you have ever found yourself shouting over the noise of a busy open-plan office or struggled to get a virtual assistant to accurately transcribe meeting notes, Danish company Jabra claims to have a solution. The headset company has unveiled three new models in its Evolve3 professional headset range: the Evolve3 65 Flex, the Evolve3 65, and the Evolve3 45. These three new headsets are designed to replace the old Evolve2 line, which has been in production for around six years. The next-generation rollout signals a significant shift from a one-size-fits-all corporate IT deployment. Instead, Jabra is investing in hyper-specific hardware tailored to distinct modern workstyles, including the digital nomad, the open-office worker and the desk-bound caller.“The way people work has changed dramatically, but many companies are still trying to solve every communication challenge with the same headset,” says Calum MacDougall, president of Jabra. “When audio performance doesn’t match how people work, it becomes harder to deliver a consistent call experience across the workforce.”The three new headsets join the Evolve 3 65 and 75 models, which were launched earlier this year. JABRAMORE FOR YOUHybrid Meeting ProblemsThe expansion is based on data from Jabra’s own internal research, which revealed that 73% of employees struggle to hear colleagues during hybrid meetings. And it’s not just humans that we have difficulty hearing. With corporate workflows increasingly relying on AI-driven speech-to-text, real-time translations, and automated meeting summaries, poor-quality audio isn’t just a nuisance because it can actively break corporate productivity software. To combat this problem, Jabra’s new line of headsets boasts a certified 99% voice pickup accuracy for AI tools used in open-office environments. All three Evolve 3 models feature Jabra’s proprietary ClearVoice technology based on AI deep learning to isolate human speech from background chaos. They also have Jabra’s specialised in-call Active Noise Cancellation. However, the three models are aimed at distinct markets. The Evolve3 65 Flex, 65, and 45 headsets will join Jabra’s premium Evolve 3 75 and 85 models to round out the full portfolio. All three new headsets will begin shipping from September 2026. Evolve3 65 Flex is priced at $389 / £260 / €299; Evolve3 65 sells for $300 / £220 / €253, and the Evolve3 45 will cost $199 / £173 / €199.JABRAEvolve 65 FlexThe Evolve3 65 Flex is designed for the professional who splits time between the kitchen table, a coffee shop, and a hot desk. It ditches the traditional boom-arm mic for a sleek and foldable design that’s small enough to slip into a pocket. Despite lacking a physical mic boom, Jabra claims its AI-powered outdoor voice pickup can easily cut through wind and ambient street noise. The headset is sold with a special compact travel case, the Evolve3 65 Flex can provide up to 16 hours of talk time and up to 80 hours when just listening to music. The next model, the Evolve 3 65, is described as suitable for the Open-Office Warrior and is a heavy lifter designed for noisy corporate headquarters. It features Adaptive ANC that dynamically adjusts to how the headset fits the user’s ears and the ambient noise level. The Jabra Evolve3 Flex is a foldable headset designed for hybrid workkers. JABRAThe Evolve 3 65 headset features a fully reversible mic boom arm so it can be worn on the left or right side and has an intuitive “flip-up-to-mute” function. It also has adaptive 4-microphone ANC and Spatial Sound feature. The rechargeable battery provides up to 31 hours of talk time and 59 hours of audio playback. Finally, the Evolve3 45 is designed for the Desk-Bound Marathoner and weighs in at just 100g for maximum comfort during back-to-back Zoom meetings. It trades away some of the premium features of its larger siblings but has the essential in-call ANC to take the edge off office background chatter. The battery provides 21 hours of talk time and can play music or audio for up to 36 hours. Built for IT DepartmentsJabra hasn’t just built these new headsets for end-users; they are also designed to keep corporate IT departments sane. All three models feature Secure Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connectivity and integrate directly into centralised management platforms like Jabra Plus Management and Jabra Xpress. Jabra Plus Management allows tech teams to push updates and manage thousands of devices across a global workforce simultaneously. The headsets are also fully certified for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet, plus they feature eco-friendly upgrades like replaceable batteries and ear cushions made from a new and more sweat-resistant leatherette. Having replaceable consumables ensures companies don’t have to throw away headsets because the parts are worn.Pricing and Availability:The Evolve3 65 Flex, 65, and 45 headsets will join Jabra’s premium Evolve 3 75 and 85 models to round out the full portfolio.
