Drones operated by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) have struck hangars housing Russian fighter jets at the Saky military airbase in temporarily occupied Crimea.
According to Ukrinform, the SBU reported this on Telegram.
As part of a 40-day "influence operation" against Russia approved by President Volodymyr Zelensky, the SBU carried out a successful strike on the Saky airbase.
The target of the operation was the airfield infrastructure, including hangars storing fighter aircraft.
The SBU confirmed five drone hits on hangars where aviation equipment was located.
