The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the RRB Group D Result 2026 for the CEN 08/2024 recruitment drive. The RRB Group D recruitment examination was conducted between November 27, 2025, and February 10, 2026, for 32,438 vacancies across various Level-1 posts in Indian Railways. According to the board, around 1.08 crore candidates appeared for the examination. RRB Group D Result 2026: Scorecard Link Active Candidates can check their RRB Group D CBT Result 2026 and download their scorecards through their respective regional RRB websites using their registration number and date of birth. The scorecard and PET qualifying status will be made available from 6 PM on July 1, 2026. Candidates can access their scorecards until 11:55 PM on July 16, 2026. The result has been published in zone-wise PDF format containing the roll numbers of shortlisted candidates. RRB has also released category-wise cut-off marks for different regions. Candidates Shortlisted for PET Candidates who have cleared the computer-based test have been shortlisted for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). RRB has called candidates up to three times the number of category-wise vacancies for the next stage. The detailed PET schedule and e-call letters will be released separately by the respective Railway Recruitment Cells (RRCs). Candidates will also receive updates through SMS and email on their registered contact details. RRB clarified that the candidature of shortlisted candidates remains provisional and may be cancelled if any discrepancy, deficiency or unfair means are detected during the recruitment process.RRB Group D Selection Process 2026 The recruitment process for Group D posts consists of four stages: Computer Based Test (CBT) Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Document Verification (DV) Medical Examination (ME) Candidates with benchmark disabilities (PwBD), Ex-Servicemen (ExSM) and Course Completed Act Apprentices (CCAA) are exempted from appearing in the PET and therefore are not included in the PET shortlist. The next stage of the RRB Group D recruitment process is the Physical Efficiency Test. Candidates shortlisted through the CBT should regularly check their respective RRC and RRB websites for PET dates, admit cards and further instructions regarding document verification and medical examination. Being shortlisted for the PET does not guarantee final appointment. Final selection will be subject to successful completion of all recruitment stages and verification procedures.
