An international manhunt is underway after a parcel bomb exploded at a residential building in Monaco late last night, seriously injuring three people, including a child.
It is thought the target was Ukrainian oligarch Vadym Yermolaiev who is believed to be among those injured.
The authorities said a suspect was picked up on security cameras and fled towards France.
