New Jersey Republican representative Tom Kean Jr. made his long-awaited return to Capitol Hill on Tuesday after he disappeared from public life over the course of several months. Kean took to the House floor shortly after 11 a.m. and revealed that he had been hospitalized after being diagnosed with depression.
