Chief Minister N. Rangasamy on Tuesday chaired the 11th State-level Committee Meeting of the Narco-Coordination Centre (NCORD) here.The meeting attended by Chief Secretary Sharat Chauhan, senior IAS and IPS officials, discussed various measures to combat drug menace. The implementation of three-year Anti-Drug Action Plan (2026-29) was discussed.The NCORD is a four-tier mechanism set up by the Union Home Ministry to coordinate among stakeholders such as the States, Ministries and pharmaceutical sector, various measures to combat the drug menace and bring all of them under one umbrella.
