The Nigerian Army has said that its troops of the 17 Brigade have rescued six kidnap victims who escaped from their captors in Katsina State after they were found wandering in a forest during a routine patrol.
According to a statement issued on Tuesday by the Acting Assistant Director of Army Public Relations, Captain Abayomi Adisa, the victims were rescued on Monday in the Unguwan Doka area of Faskari Local Government Area of the state.
