RIYADH: The Saudi Cabinet on Tuesday condemned in the strongest terms Iran’s recent attacks on Kuwait and Bahrain, in addition to the continued Iranian blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

During their weekly meeting, the council of Saudi ministers described the Iranian attacks and blockade of the waterway as a violation of international law and the United Nations Charter.

It also reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s solidarity with the two brotherly countries in the wake of the attacks.

The cabinet also reviewed Saudi Arabia’s overall regional and international efforts as part of its commitment to strengthening ties of cooperation with other countries.

It also reviewed the development paths of infrastructure in various regions of the Kingdom and their preparation to accommodate continuous growth, SPA added.
