ENE Repeat, the sequel to the 2018 Telugu buddy comedy Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi, will release in theatres on November 19. Director Tharun Bhascker took to social media to unveil the release date with a brief video of the film’s footage. “In a strange way, it feels like I am clearing a very old debt. People have been asking us for this film for years. Now that it is finally here, I don’t know whether I’m excited, nervous or terrified,” Tharun stated in the note.Actors Vishwak Sen, Abhinav Gomatam and Venkatesh Kakumanu will reunite to recreate the magic, while Srinath Maganti adding fresh energy to the ensemble. The sequel is produced by Srujan Yarabolu and Sandeep Nagireddy for S Originals and Rootnode Cinema banners.The video and the release date announcement coincided with the eighth anniversary of Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi. The film had grown in popularity over the years and its re-release in 2023 witnessed packed halls with the younger audiences reliving memories of the first film.ENE Repeat will have music by Vivek Sagar, cinematography by AJ Aaron, editing by Raviteja Girijala, and production design by Rajesh Pentakota and Sally White.
