Akwa Ibom State Governor, Umo Eno, has urged members of the National Youth Service Corps deployed to the state to leave enduring legacies in their places of primary assignment.

He also charged the corps members to maintain or surpass the remarkable achievements of their predecessors throughout the state.

The governor gave the charge on Tuesday during the closing ceremony of the 2026 Batch B, Stream I Orientation Course at the NYSC Orientation Camp in Nsit Atai Local Government Area.

Eno, who was represented by the Director of Youth Development in the Ministry of Youth Development, Mr Emmanuel Akpabio, described Akwa Ibom as a peaceful and hospitable state and urged the corps members to integrate with their host communities while respecting their cultural values and aspirations.
