Brett Crawford is hoping Public Attention can secure a breakthrough victory in Hong Kong when he contests the Class Two Hong Kong Reunification Cup (1,400m) at Sha Tin on Wednesday.

Crawford has been enjoying a super run of form, heading to Sha Tin off the back of a double last Saturday highlighted by the exciting Mr Incredible.

Public Attention has placed at his only two starts for Crawford since being transferred from the David Hayes stable, both times ridden by Karis Teetan who will partner him once again on Wednesday. The Mauritian jockey also heads to the meeting on Wednesday in red-hot form after securing a treble last Saturday.

The grey son of Written Tycoon was a two-time winner in Australia pre-import, including the Group Three Eskimo Prince Stakes (1,200m) at Randwick, and steps back up to the 1,400m trip which yielded him a second placing in the Group Three Caulfield Guineas Prelude.

The four-year-old will also benefit from the light weight of 115lb when jumping from barrier five.
