For more than two decades, Kiwi FC Women’s Premier has remained the benchmark of women’s football in Samoa, once again finishing at the top of the Samoa Football Federation Round 1 competition in 2026.

The club’s sustained success has seen it secure multiple domestic titles over the years, while also making history as the first Samoan women’s team to compete in the OFC Women’s Champions League in Papua New Guinea in 2023.

That milestone appearance was part of the OFC Women’s Champions League, where Kiwi FC broke new ground for women’s football in Samoa.

Head coach Leti Tamasese said the team’s success continues to be built on discipline, sacrifice, and unity, both on and off the field.

“To every women’s team striving to reach the top, remember that champions are not made on match day; they are made in the countless hours of sacrifice, discipline, and hard work when no one is watching,” Tamasese said. “There will be setbacks, disappointments, and challenges along the way, but those moments are what shape true champions.”
