Espire Hospitality Ltd (EHL) has posted revenues of Rs 141 crore for financial year 2026, up 17% compared to financial year 2025. The chain posted a profit of Rs 8 crore the fiscal year 2026.On a quarterly basis, Espire Hospitality posted revenues of Rs 49 crore in quarter four of fiscal year 2026, up 19% compared to the corresponding period of the previous fiscal, and an EBITDA of Rs 11 crore, up 34% compared to quarter four of fiscal year 2025. The chain operates Six Senses Fort Barwara, and properties under brands such as Country Inn Hotels & Resorts, and Zana.The chain has 17 hotels spanning 737 keys in its portfolio. Espire Hospitality said it has commenced development of an ‘ultra-luxury’ resort near Vrindavan. The project, with a planned investment of approximately Rs 300 crore, will be funded through a balanced mix of equity and debt and will be operated by Marriott International under its JW Marriott brand.During quarter four of fiscal year 2026, Espire Hospitality added six new properties to its portfolio across locations such as Varanasi, Rishikesh, North Goa, Jalandhar and Dehradun.It has eight planning upcoming resorts in financial year 2027 for locations such as Dehradun, Sohna, Jaipur, Theog, Noida, Bengaluru, Goa and Mumbai, besides 12 hotels to be announced in the upcoming quarters in fiscal year 2027, it stated.Akhil Arora, MD and CEO, Espire Hospitality Limited, said financial year 2026 has been a ‘landmark’ year for the company. “We have delivered the strongest financial performance in our history, achieving record revenue, EBITDA and profitability while simultaneously strengthening our portfolio and accelerating our expansion agenda,” he said. “These results reflect the dedication of our teams, the strength of our brands and our unwavering focus on operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
