The Shape Of You singer, 35, shared his amazing moment on Instagram - and explained exactly how it came to light.‌Ed revealed he had just finished a show and was chilling with Martin Garrix, who had also been performing elsewhere. In the video upload, Ed said: "Right, Martin did a show, I did a show, we finished.‌"He's go a DM from someone saying 'can you crash sister's wedding?" Martin jumped in excitedly: "So we're going there," before Ed confirmed: "So we're going to go and crash the wedding. See you in a bit."‌Sharing their next steps, Ed and Martin are seen in the back of a car and tell the camera they are on their way. The bride's brother then introduces the duo to the screaming crowd who are holding glow sticks.Ed then bursts in to song as the cheers get louder. People can be seen gobsmacked before the beat drops and Ed hugs and jumps with the elated bride.‌The comments on the post couldn't believe what had just happened either. One user joked: "The only wedding surprise I’d ever accept." Another added: "15 mins out of your day. Lifetime of memories for a random person. Legends."The legend comment was repeated by stunned fans. The bride also shared her delight, telling the duo in the comments section: "Thank you SO much for surprising us at our wedding! We love you!! - Tessa & Brendan"‌She followed up by adding: "An shoutout to the brother of the century," with clapping hands emojis.‌The couple tied the knot at Adler Planetarium in Chicago. Ed has been in the States on tour, as his Martin. And brother Mike reached out to the DJ's team on social media.He explained how his sister was "bummed" not to be able to see him in concert due to her wedding day being on the same date.
