Durban socialite Sithelo Shozi says the era of being on the turntables as a DJ are behind as she is now fully focused on TV presenting and rasing her family.
Durban-born socialite and media personality Sithelo Shozi has announced that she is stepping away from DJing to focus on her television career and family life.
Shozi, who recently relocated to Johannesburg to pursue more opportunities in television, said she is leaving behind one of the entertainment roles that made her a household name.
Speaking to the Sunday Tribune's sister publication Isolezwe at the launch of The Masked Singer South Africa in Randburg, Johannesburg, Shozi said her priorities have shifted. The mystery guessing game and celebrity reality competition, for which Shozi has been a guest judge since it premiered in 2023, is set to return to screen on SABC2 on July 4.
She revealed that her main ambition has always been to establish herself as a television presenter.
