Josh Flagg has officially put his reimagined Mediterranean villa on Miami Beach‘s ultra-exclusive North Bay Road up for sale. Originally teased late last year, the freshly updated residence is now back on the active market, occupying a non-waterfront plot directly across the street from David and Victoria Beckham’s sleek $72 million waterfront compound.
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star and real estate broker acquired the 1930s estate in 2023 for $4.25 million alongside his partners, Adam Rubin and Andrew Shanfeld of Carolwood Estates. The investment team then executed a total studs-up rebuild in collaboration with Gary Eisner of BuiltIN Studio. Jordan Karp of Jordan Karp LLC holds the $10 million listing.
Per Flagg, the house was initially listed to capitalize on the week of the New York mayoral election. “We expected an influx of New Yorkers to come to Miami,” he told Robb Report. “This did not happen, so we pulled it within a week. The house was still under construction; it was really not ready for sale. Now the house is done and on the market, and we have already had seven showing requests.”
The primary bedroom is decked out with arched steel-framed glass doors and windows.
