The Russian army attacked Dnipro; a strike on an industrial facility was recorded. Four people were killed and 21 were wounded.

This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Dnipro Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, according to Ukrinform.

"This morning’s Russian attack on Dnipro claimed the lives of four people. Ten were wounded. All emergency services are working at the site of the strike," Hanzha wrote.

He later added that 21 people were wounded.

“Five people are in serious condition—men aged 22, 33, 54, 58, and 59,” the message states.
