Keep in mind that independent ATM operators may still charge their own local fees.Others offer no foreign transaction fees on some of their accounts - for example, if you use a Santander Edge, Santander Edge Up, or Santander Edge Explorer debit card, you will not be charged.Lloyds customers can use their debit card worldwide with zero foreign transaction fees if they have a Club, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Premier accountCo-operative Bank has also refreshed its Everyday Extra packaged bank account.
