Russia's Defence Ministry has announced the active introduction of artificial intelligence technologies in the military sphere.

Details: Belousov said AI is currently used in Russian drones mainly in two areas: image recognition and automatic target acquisition, and navigation. He added that these capabilities depend on training the neural networks.

Belousov said the ministry is introducing the DC software and hardware system, which he claims accumulates data for training neural networks and is already being deployed in all groups of Russian forces.
