A council meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led Thiruvananthapuram Corporation in Kerala witnessed violent scenes as BJP councillor and Education Standing Committee chairperson Chempazhanthy Udayan allegedly attacked United Democratic Democratic (UDF) council party leader K.S.
